What is the return and exchange policy?🧐
Since we are a new boutique and due to the current covid-19 restrictions, at the moment we DO NOT accept any returns/exchanges. All items are final sale, NO exceptions.
We are carefully packaging and managing each order for quality and health measures so there shouldn't be any problem with your beautiful new outfit💖

Do you ship worldwide?🌎
At the moment we are only shipping within the U.S.🇺🇸

Do you ship overnight or express?🏃🏻‍♀️
Unfortunately we do not offer this shipping at the moment.🙅🏻‍♀️

How long will it take to receive my order?⏰
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). Ship time is 3-5 days depending on your location. Tracking numbers will be provided upon order being shipped.🧾

My package has been lost/stolen, what do I do?
We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages and cannot provide any refunds due to this happening. We are also not responsible for non-deliverable packages, please make sure the address you are shipping to is deliverable. As soon as the package leaves our company, we are not responsible. Please make sure to submit a correct and valid address when placing your order.🏡
